It comprises of 12 Traditional cottages, situated below the main square of Rosscarbery and 9 Bay View Houses overlooking the town with magnificent views of Rosscarbery Bay. Our cottages enjoy the personal supervision of our manager at all times to ensure your holiday is enjoyable and memorable. We pride ourselves in providing the ideal place to stay for a fun filled family holiday in West Cork. Some of the amenities that can be enjoyed close-by are shops, restaurants, pubs, hotel and village life in Rosscarbery. Excellent beaches just a short distance away, namely the Warren Beach only a mile away. Nearby is an excellent playground, tennis courts, golf driving range and pitch’n’putt.

We are open all year round with the exception of Christmas and have excellent low season rates.
